Exotickets is an Online Marketplace for secondary ticket sales, and we do not sell ourselves, or take responsibility for, tickets sold in the marketplace.

However, we carefully select and contract with our brokers in order to provide you with the best service.

So in the unlikely event that you do not receive the tickets for the seats and dates you selected, we will refund 100% of the money you spent with us, back to you, and provide you with a 50% credit of the value of your original purchase, towards the next event that you choose to purchase on our Marketplace
