Brest Celebrate First European Win Against Sturm Graz

Brest made history by winning their first-ever European match, defeating Sturm Graz 2-1. Hugo Magnetti opened the scoring in the 23rd minute, chesting down the ball before firing into the bottom corner.

Sturm Graz equalised just before half-time when Edimilson Fernandes accidentally put the ball into his own net. However, Brest regained the lead in the 56th minute through Abdallah Sima, who skilfully beat his marker and finished with his left foot. Sturm Graz were reduced to 10 men late on after Dimitri Lavalée received his second yellow card for a foul on Magnetti.
